Privacy:  Simply stated, 80/ will not rent, barter, sell or give your name, street address, email address and/or telephone number to any unrelated third party. Of course, in the event that 80/20 Local Marketing, Inc. is ever sold, nothing in this privacy statement is meant to prevent the inclusion of 80/’s customer list as an asset of the company.

If you purchase a product or service from 80/, we request certain Personally Identifiable Information (or PII) from you on our order forms, including your name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, email address, credit card number, expiration date and verification code. We collect this information in order to provide the products and/or services you have ordered. We may also use it to contact you (either by phone or email) if we have trouble processing your order or if a change is made to your order.

Service Providers:  80/ uses PayPal for payment processing services. Our using PayPal provides you with an extra measure of security as PayPal does not transmit to us the details of your credit card information. This information remains with PayPal and is protected by their layers of security.

Marketing Emails:  From time to time, 80/ may send you an email (either from us directly or through a third party marketing provider) to notify you of a special announcement or promotion. If, at any time, you want to be removed from 80/’s marketing list, just click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.

“Cookies” and How 80/ Uses Them:  A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We may use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We would use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie would remain on your hard drive for an extended period of time. They also allow us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. “Log Files” and How 80/ Uses Them:  80/ may use third-party tracking services from to track user data on the site. This third party uses log files to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to 80/ in aggregate form. This information includes page views, unique visitors and repeat visitors. This data is used to analyze traffic patterns on 80/ in order to make the site more useful to visitors and to evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s marketing efforts.
